Education for all
No child is denied education for want of means.
Since 1992, Karnataka State Council for Child Welfare has been supporting the education of children from economically weaker families. Today, the programme sponsors over 300 students annually under different categories, from primary school to graduation. The project's vision ensures that no child is denied education due to financial hardship.
Students are selected on a merit-cum-means basis through school and home visits, referrals, document verification, and Committee approval.
